ABOUT THE AUTHOR

(aka The Family Disappointment™)

Obviously, I am a middle child from the Philippines. And not just any regular, ignored middle child—I’m the premium package: a gay, rebellious, absolute pain-in-the-ass kind of middle child. Honestly, when God was handing out personality traits like "obedient" and "easy to raise," I must have been fast asleep in my bed.

Professionally, I hold a degree in Communication and I'm currently trying to manifest a creative writing degree (fingers crossed I can finally go back to school this year). By day, I work at an advertising agency as an Account Director which, let’s be real, is the ultimate cliché job title for a gay man who loves telling people what to do.

When I’m not being an advertising corporate slave, I’m catering to my small family. I have a dog and a long-time partner... who is actually just my dog. Just kidding! (Or am I?)  I also love reading and writing stories that I fully believe actually happened in real life—otherwise known as "hallucinating."

Let's Connect!

  • Got something you want me to read? Just slide into my messages here.
  • Have a traumatizingly funny middle-child story or some juicy gay drama to share? Hit up my email immediately. I feed on chaos.

P.S. Maintaining a blog in this economy actually costs money. If you want to support this chaotic digital diary so I can keep writing instead of crying, drop me a message to find out how you can sponsor my delusion. Thanks, besties!
